If stress becomes chronic the individual does not fully recover between workdays, causing lasting physiological strain, which may result in stress-related disease.

This training program is run by our organizations’ Founder Dr. Bal Krishna Khanal .He has got Ph.D. in “Stress Management” from Nepal Sanskrit University.
